See how a number of local public and private organizations partnered with Toyota to support COVID-19 vaccine administration efforts in Texas and Kentucky. Given the unique characteristics of each vaccination site, the principles and concepts of TPS allowed each site to increase its capacity, reduce wait times, and improve the volunteer experience.
