  • Any travel arrangements should be refundable until email confirmation is received.

Please Note: While TSSC seeks to share TPS with as many people as possible, from time to time TSSC may have to exclude some participants from participating in tours if employed by, affiliated with, or otherwise connected in any manner to a competitor of Toyota or a Toyota affiliate.

Payment Policy

Registration fees must be paid in advance of the tour.

The fee includes attendance, refreshments, and reference materials. Reference material will be provided upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within one week of the tour will not be refunded. All cancellations and/or participant substitutions must have written confirmation.
