What Services Do We Provide?

To transfer TPS successfully, we believe the organization’s culture must transform from traditional thinking to continuous problem-solving and improvement. This transformation involves all stakeholders from top management to those who add value on the ‘shopfloor’ (or office, school, hospital, etc.).

Ø       A series of interactive workshops are available to share with your kaizen leaders the technical tools, management systems, and underlying philosophy of TPS that has contributed to Toyota’s success for over 70 years. 

Ø       Learn by doing.  We provide technical support for implementing change. 

Ø       Seeing is believing.  We also provide customized plant tours of Toyota and other manufacturing operations that are successfully implementing TPS.

·      Understand basic thinking for  standardized work

·      Learn the methodology and basic skills of implementing and improving standardized work

·      Understand the how problem solving is the basis for continuous improvement

·      Develop basic skills and thinking for problem solving, from how to define the problem to implementing standardized countermeasures

·      Understand purpose of material and information flow

·      Learn how to identify points of stagnation and bottlenecks in a system. [This tool has commonly been referred to as value stream mapping]
